The Nathan K5LA is the god father of all train air horns! Still in use today, the Nathan K5 is used on commercial locomotives all around the country. This AirChime train horn is of the highest quality construction and guarantees amazing performance! The K5 incorporates five heavy duty die-cast kettle drum bells with a high flow five way manifold. The K5LA horn is the real deal: not only is it the loudest horns we've ever sold, but a genuine locomotive air horn. This is quite possibly the loudest thing we have ever heard! The 5 aluminum kettle-drum bells and dual-disk diaphragms produce the loudest, clearest, locomotive horn sound possible! They sound with as little as 60 PSI

Highest Quality Construction Provides Years Of Train Horn Fun!

These horns are amazingly loud and will stay that way for years! Constructed of a die-cast manifold and bells with pre tuned single piece bell housings the K5LA is one of the most durable horns built. It features a patented double-disk stainless steel diaphragm that eliminates the typical pitch drop experienced in most air horns. This is a one of a kind sound in the air horn industry and makes this horn one of the most stunning horns around!

The 5 bells of the K5LA can be easily reversed for signaling in both directions and provide many installation possibilities! The aluminum finish is easily polished or powder coated for year of good looks and great sounds.

Product Notes

The standard finish on this horn is unpolished die-cast aluminum. The horns are easily painted, or powder coated but they are not supplied this way.

This horn does *not* come with a valve. You must either purchase or supply a valve in order to operate this horn with your air system.

WARNING: HORNS PRODUCE EXTREME LOUDNESS

Use this product in a safe and responsible manner, at a distance of at aleast 100 feet from others.

Proper Hearing protection must be worn when using this airhorn. Hearing loss or permanent damage may result from unsafe use.

Never operate this product in a closed environment or close to pedestrians or others.

It is the consumer's responsibility to comply with local noise ordinances and D.O.T. sound level laws.

All used K5LAs are returns from customers and have bean cleaned up if necessary. They are all tested to make sure they work, but may present some imperfections due to wear and tear.
